Travel with artist Rita Lazauskas on a two week DRAWING & PAINTING adventure in Morocco that has Arts & Culture as the main focus and a flexible drawing program suitable for all skill levels from beginners to advanced.
This hosted Morocco tour follows spectacular landscape and the ancient trade routes across the Atlas Mountains from Marrakech to the Sahara via the spectacular Dades Valley, Valley of the Roses and Draa Valley.
Travelling with a small group of like-minded people, our experienced tutor and local guides will enrich your engagement with the unique Amazigh (Berber) Culture, where local artisans work to enrich and maintain their traditional life style.
Guided tours and drives through the spectacular landscape will be interspersed with time to draw, paint and relax. Accommodation is provided in the most comfortable traditional Guesthouses, where we enjoy the extraordinary delights of Amazigh food and hospitality.
With time to observe the wonderful world of Morocco you will develop your own personal Visual Diary as we travel on a shared learning experience. The Tour is not an intensive Drawing workshop, but an immersive Cultural Tour with a focus on Drawing.
